BATTER FRIED CHICKEN CUTLETS

These batter fried chicken cutlets are very tasty, quick and easy to make. You have to slice the chicken breast and sprinkle with salt and pepper (or granulated garlic). Then dip each slice of chicken first into flour and then into a batter made from flour and egg. Deep fry chicken cutlets until golden brown.
You can serve these delicious batter fried chicken cutlets with your favorite side dish or salad.


Ingredients for Batter fried chicken cutlets


- 1 boneless chicken breast (500-600gr)
- 2-3 tablespoons of flour
- salt and pepper (or granulated garlic)
For batter:
- 3 eggs
- about 100gr flour
- salt to taste
You also need vegetable oil for frying.

How to make Batter fried chicken cutlets



You should start by preparing the batter.
Place the eggs into a bowl, sprinkle some salt and slightly beat them with a fork.
Add flour and stir to combine.
Rinse and cut the chicken breast into 0.5mm slices. Lightly sprinkle each side with salt and pepper (or with salt and granulated garlic).
Pour enough vegetable oil into a frying pan so that the chicken cutlets can "swim". Place the frying pan over medium heat.
Place 2-3 tablespoons of flour onto a plate.
Take 1 slice of chicken and dip it into the flour, coating both sides.
Next dip the chicken into the batter, coating all sides.
Place the chicken into hot oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Remove from oil and place the chicken onto paper towels.
Repeat with the remaining chicken slices.
Transfer the chicken cutlets onto serving plates. Serve with salad or with your favorite side dish.
