I love meatballs, but who doesn’t? :) They are very tasty, easy to make and easy to combine with vegetables, potatoes or rice.
I use to make pork meatballs for my family but this time I wanted to try something different: sesame chicken meatballs.
It was a delicious choice! Sesame chicken meatballs are tastier and healthier than pork patties.

Ingredients for sesame chicken meatballs recipe:

- 500gr chicken breast, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 4-5 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 slices of bread soaked in water / milk and squeezed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 130gr Sesame seeds


Put in a large bowl minced chicken, bread slices (soaked and squeezed), finely grated and drained onion, crushed garlic, finely grated carrot, 1 egg and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Cover the bowl with a foil and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the bowl from the fridge and start making the meatballs.

With slightly wet hands form the meatballs. Roll them through sesame seeds till chicken meatballs are completely covered.
Place meatballs on oiled baking tray.
Bake uncovered for approximately 20 minutes at 190ºC or until cooked through.
Serve sesame chicken meatballs as an appetizer, as a snack or with your favorite side dish.
